The San Diego Unified School District thinks the Scripps Ranch apartment project is a slam dunk and can even joke about it!! The below email joke was obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request.
This email is offensive and disconcerting. Scripps Ranch takes the situation involving the proposed school District joint occupancy apartment project very seriously.
Don’t forget to attend the 6:00pm, Wednesday, January 18th environmental impact scoping meeting at the Scripps Ranch High School Library, 10410 Falcon Way, San Diego, CA 92131. Let the District know how this project will impact you and your neighborhood!

The Notice of Preparation (NOP) is below with information on how to participate and submit your input on the scope and content of the draft EIR. Project scoping/content comments can include: potential environmental impacts of the proposed project; technical issues to address in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR); policy issues; potential mitigation measures; appropriate range of alternatives to evaluate in the EIR.
All project scoping comments must be submitted by February 6, 2017.
